Presentation 1:

You are required to give a presentation to recruit students to the Business


School of Your University. Design your presentation using PowerPoint using
the following tips.

1. Select the Title and Content Slide layout, on the Title box type
"Undergraduate Business Programmes".
2. Insert the logo of Business School.
3. Insert footer on all slides and type "Business School".
4. On the second slide give a brief history of the Business School.
5. Add a third slide and insert a 5 x 4 table.
6. Add information about the programmes benefits and problems.

Presentation 2:

Design a presentation about yourself. You can add any information you want
in the slideshow and add any effects; however, the presentation must:

 Be at least 5 slides long


 Have a title slide
 Include at least two appropriate ClipArt images
 Have at least one animation effect on one ClipArt image
 Have a transition effect on every slide (it can be the same or a different effect)
 Have a predefined theme applied
 Have the default background changed
:You can design the slides as follows

1. Title slide: This could include your name


2. About Me: You might want to include basic information about yourself. For
example, where you live, where you went to school, when your birthday is,
and so on.
3. My Family: You could include information about your family in this slide.
How many siblings do you have? Do you have any children?
4. Goals: What are your goals for the future?
5. What I Learned about Computers: What did you learn about computers in this
course? What was your favourite thing? What did you enjoy least?

Format of Assignments
All assignments should be done using MS Office PowerPoint program 2007 and in
English. Please ensure that you keep a copy of all work submitted for assessment as
you may be required to present it subsequently.

Submission Deadline
Assignments must be submitted on
Friday 11/04/2014 by 4.00pm.
Any work received after this time will be stamped as late. Late submissions beyond
the submission date ARE NOT accepted.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all work submitted is clearly identified with
your name and number. Unnamed resources will not be assessed.
