Job Description:

QA Manual Tester (2-4 years of experience)


Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Manual Tester with 2 to 4 years
of experience to join our Quality Assurance team. The QA Manual Tester will collaborate closely with the
development team to execute test cases, identify defects, and contribute to maintaining high-quality
standards.
Key Responsibilities:

● Execute manual testing of software applications to identify and report defects, inconsistencies,
and usability issues.
● Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
based on project requirements.
● Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to validate software functionality and
adherence to quality standards.
● Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand project
requirements and testing objectives.
● Utilize bug tracking tools to document, report, and track defects, and work closely with the
development team to facilitate their resolution.
● Participate in design and requirement discussions to contribute insights on testability and quality
aspects of the software.
● Provide regular testing status updates and reports to project stakeholders.
● Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
● Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in manual testing techniques and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent
work experience).
● 2 to 4 years of professional experience in manual software testing.
● Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project
requirements.
