COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course introduces fundamental quantitative methods and their applications in scientific research. Students will develop skills in data analysis, statistical inference, and data visualization to

address real-world problems.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
CO 1. To acquire the necessary quantitative skills to analyze and interpret data effectively.

CO 2. To use quantitative techniques to address real-world scientific challenges.

CO 3. To present quantitative findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLO’s):


CLO 1. Students will be able to calculate and interpret descriptive statistics, perform hypothesis testing, and apply basic probability concepts.

CLO 2. Students will be able to create various types of graphs and charts to effectively communicate data insights.

CLO 3. Students will be able to formulate and solve quantitative problems related to their field of study.
