CHAPTER THREE: CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Introduction
This chapter is comprised of the student’s personal assessment of the organization, conclusion and the
suggested recommendations for the success of Eastern division

Conclusion

From the field study, a number of lessons were learnt, challenges, achievements and contributions are
made. However, it was observed that most are low and medium class earners hence there is a need for
more NGO’s come in plus the government and uplift the standards of Eastern division.

There is a need to develop the levels of education and extend other services to areas around Eastern
Division so as to let the clients equally complete with the rest of the world for job opportunities.

The governments intervene and get in collaboration with the clients of Eastern Division and other
relevant stake holders so as to develop the agency let say through providing funds that are needed for
services delivery like payments to workers.

Finally , competence , perfection, and professionalism practice will never to be perfect and
experience continues to be the best teacher, internship is a’ must exit’ program at institution long
live internship , long live TRINITY COMPREHENSIVE COLLEGE.

16
RECOMMENDATIONS
In order for people to benefit from all the available services, the government needs to put more efforts
in training and sensitizing all customers and public on the use of Eastern Division and the services
they provide.

There is a need for both the government and members of the public to emphasis diligent service
delivery by the staff at the agency.

The internee recommends that the Eastern Division should increase the number of workers especially
in accountant and cashier so as to work effectively.

There is a need to give people proper monitoring more training on how to allocate loan funds
productively for the development of their standards of living.

The institution should keep up with the spirit of sending students for internship because it helps them
to gain skills, knowledge and experience.

It should put into consideration, the field supervisors because these ladies and gentlemen puts much
effort in imparting on job skills to the intern, this can be through rewarding and compensating them in
the most appropriate way and this will directly encourage them to perform their tasks of training the
internees.
