Did Unit testing as per the requirement and not only reviewed the code but also given prior code review so that it reduce the QA build cycle. Simply explaining the code to team members [developers] to identify problems and envision new solutions for previously troubling dilemmas if any. Written code that demonstrates understanding of functionality as per requirement. 1) Solved the major issue [issue was not allowing the print the data in first time, problem with Secure website] related to Printing functionality for CMS (Vendorscape) Application. 4) For CMS Queue Builder solved the global folder issue related to CSS stylesheet. and integrated with CMS Cases. 6) Accepted the responsibility & challenge for VS 4 Portal project and achieved the goals for the same.
2) Caught deployment issues for CMS Archive Case project which is done by deployment team and provided the solutions. 3) Without attending the training of SQL 20008 given full support to SQL SERVER 2008 Migration project and deliver on time. 5) Borrower Portal :- given the suggestion and implemented those to resolve the work flow and validation issue.

Servicer Maintenance was also on time completion of work with less dependency on other team members. AJAX implementation was a learning technology for me which I have applied on CMS Archive Case.
Non-reimbursable Item and User maintenance as a Part of Billing/Claims project, CMS Archive Case, and VS4 were on time deliverables without dependency with challenges and achieved the goals. Given and applied new ideas for borrower portal although I was not actively included initially for this project. Given full support for SQL 2008 Migration to deliver on time.

For Borrower Portal solved following major issue 1) Work flow related issue by and existing user 2) Validation related issue. 3) Major issue : Existing user were not working for application, solved the issue putting the assembly into GAC. It is an Business Intelligence System (Tools) which has robust framework for developing Report in minimal time. DBMS side also i have improved while working on claims & CMS Archive Case, since i have given the suggestion to team members. I got the good support form my lead and team member to improve my skills. Focus on one more level of (high level) Software engineering (learning and implementing Designed Patterns).
