JD - Century Management Trainee Program
In the last 20 years, Century Real Estate has delivered close to 4.3 million sq ft of development
comprising residential, plotted and commercial properties. The company currently has 6
residential projects ongoing with a built-up area of around 3 mn sq ft, 5 plotted developments
with a saleable area of around 4.11 mn sq ft and 2 commercial office projects with leasable area
of 1 mn sq ft.
Founded in 1973 by Dr. P. Dayanand Pai and Mr. P. Satish Pai, Century Real Estate initially
followed a trading model and was one of the first land aggregators and facilitators in Bangalore
and thus was a part of notable projects like Vivanta by Taj and Manipal Centre. Following this,
the company forayed into residential apartments, plotted developments and large mixed-use
development projects.
Century Real Estate has also jointly developed projects like IBC Knowledge Park, Embassy Golf
Links and Diamond District.
Over the years, Century Real Estate has evolved into an integrated real estate solutions
provider and has partnered with other leading real estate players such as Salarpuria Sattva,
Shriram Properties, Embassy Group and Prestige Estates to mention a few. Projects by Century
Real Estate have attracted investments from organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Fortress
Investment Group, JM Financial, Xanders, Piramal and Kotak Realty Fund.

As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to a variety of projects and roles within the real
estate sector during your first year. This rotational program is designed to develop your skills,
knowledge, and leadership potential in different facets of the real estate industry. You will work
closely with experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and gain hands-on experience in
sales, project management, and other relevant areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
● Gain exposure to construction project management.
● Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
● Work with project teams to ensure timely and quality project execution.
● Monitor and report project progress to senior management.
Market Research:
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
● Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
● Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Customer Relations:
● Interact with clients, buyers, and tenants to understand their needs and address
inquiries.
● Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
Fund Raising:
● Assist in identifying potential funding sources and investors.
● Participate in the development of fund-raising strategies.
● Prepare materials and presentations for investor meetings.
● Collaborate with financial teams to ensure compliance with fund-raising regulations.
