is a leading developer based out of Bengaluru with one


of the largest land banks in South India. With over 3,000 acres of land bank and over 20 mn sq

the company forayed into residential apartments, plotted developments and large mixed-use
development projects.

Century Real Estate has also jointly developed projects like IBC Knowledge Park, Embassy Golf
Links and Diamond District.

Over the years, Century Real Estate has evolved into an integrated real estate solutions
provider and has partnered with other leading real estate players such as Salarpuria Sattva,
Shriram Properties, Embassy Group and Prestige Estates to mention a few. Projects by Century

Management Trainee – Century Real Estate

As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to a variety of projects and roles within the real
estate sector during your first year. This rotational program is designed to develop your skills,
knowledge, and leadership potential in different facets of the real estate industry. You will work
closely with experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and gain hands-on experience in
sales, project management, and other relevant areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:


● Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends, customer needs, and
competition.
● Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies.
● Participate in client meetings and property viewings.
● Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
● Help in developing marketing collateral and content.
● Analyze marketing metrics and contribute to marketing reports.

Project Management:
● Gain exposure to construction project management.
● Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
● Work with project teams to ensure timely and quality project execution.
● Monitor and report project progress to senior management.

Market Research:
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
● Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
● Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Customer Relations:
● Interact with clients, buyers, and tenants to understand their needs and address
inquiries.
● Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.

Fund Raising:
● Assist in identifying potential funding sources and investors.
● Participate in the development of fund-raising strategies.
● Prepare materials and presentations for investor meetings.
● Collaborate with financial teams to ensure compliance with fund-raising regulations.

Training and Development:


● Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your skills and
