    2. Migration Certificate of the parent Board (In original).
    3. Marks / Pass Certificate of the Last Examination, Photo Copy duly attested.
    4. Character Certificate from the present Principal / Head Master / Head Mistress in
    original officer of BS-17 and above in case of private candidate.
    5. Certificate of admission, if already admitted in this Board, with date of admission,
    for regular candidate, duly signed by Head of institution.
    6. Residence Certificate (Original) Countersigned by F.C.M / S.D.M / Domicile for
    private candidate must / transfer order / N.I.C / Service Certificate if any service /
    pay book for Army person.
    7. Affidavit on stamp paper of Rs: 10/= for the purpose of Gape for students duly
    countersigned by the FCM.
    8. Leaving Certificate & Attendance Certificate from the institution last attendance in
    case of candidate attended classes admitted in same class.
