 To orient the parents and stakeholders for the school’s preparation for the opening of
limited face to face classes

 Enabling the parents and stakeholders to be informed regarding with the school’s
preparation for the opening of limited face to face classes

Result Output

 The participants were successfully informed about the school’s preparation for the
opening of limited face to face classes. Queries and concerns of parents were addressed
and answered as well.

GPTA Minutes
March 22, 2022

The Orientation of Parents and stakeholders with regards to the preparation of Biliboy
Elementary School for the opening of limited face to face classes started at 8:00 a.m. on
March 22, 2022. It was facilitated by the Grade 4 teacher, Ma’am Joji D. Estrada. The
participants were the K to Grade 6 teachers of Biliboy Elementary School, the school head,
selected parents and community stakeholders. The objective of the Orientation was to
inform the parents and stakeholders about the preparation for the school’s limited face to
face classes.

The program began with Ma’am Emma R. Gomez, as the program emcee, greeting
everyone and proceeding to the prayer, the singing of the Philippine anthem, the Ormoc
City hymn and the DepEd Ormoc City Division hymn. A welcome message was given by
Ma’am Mary Fe C. Delgado, the school head followed by the meeting proper.
Ma’am Mary Fe C. Delgado, school head of Biliboy Elementary School discussed the
information regarding the school’s preparation comprehensively. The teachers then called
for classroom meeting to discuss with their pupils’ parents the changes with the classroom’s
setup, the dos and don’ts in the start of the classes and to give them idea on what to expect
during the opening of the limited face to face classes.
Participants were also provided the opportunity to raise concerns and ask questions.

The Orientation of parents and stakeholders ended at 12:00 noon.
