Our 3rd Year BSIT students namely: Hannah Marie De Luna, Joan Gelido, and Rowena Rosario
are required in their System Administration and Maintenance subject to conduct a study in
companies/government agencies/offices/institutions/establishments. The study will enable them
to understand the different business processes, transactions and data environment and would give
them the opportunity to design and develop computing solutions to significantly address the
existing problems or needs of their choosen company/government
agency/office/institution/establishments.

In line with this, may we ask for your approval to please allow our students to conduct study in
your organizations/office. Your approval is vital and requisite for them to develop the BARANGAY
OBONG RESIDENTS INFORMATION SYSTEM. Rest assured that the data/information that will be
