1‭ 08 builders - During my year 10,11,12, and 13 summers, I have been given the opportunity‬
‭to work with a construction company. Here I learned the skills of working as a team,‬
‭working long hard physical hours, whilst developing mental strength and resilience to‬
‭overcome problems and relatively repetitive boring tasks.‬

‭ abla and Pabla Solicitors - During my year 11 summer, I worked in data entry at a law‬

‭firm, this is where I learned to engage with clients, interpret their information and then‬
‭pass on this information to the solicitors to deal with. This was really interesting as I‬
‭learned how to deal with different types of people and work as a team.‬

‭ he Pavillion Cafe - Whilst I was at school and college (years 11,12, and some of 13) I‬

‭worked as a cleaner at this cafe in Didsbury Park. Here I learned to do a task efficiently and‬
‭effectively.‬

‭ Taste Of Honey (Deli) - Whilst I was in years 10 and 11, I worked on weekends at a small‬

‭deli. Here I took people's orders, served them food, and took their money. I developed the‬
‭skills of working in a small team, and giving customers a smiley face.‬

‭ lub Gallerie (Ayia Napa) - For a month, I worked in a venue in Ayia Napa. Here I was‬

‭serving drinks and promoting the venue on the streets. Here I learned how to grab‬
‭people's attention, make them smile, and spend more money. I also learned great‬
‭communication skills which have proven valuable in my everyday life‬

‭ uring the course of my life I have always played a lot of sports. I used to swim‬

‭for the City of Manchester Aquatics Swim Team until I was 13, from then I would‬
‭join a football academy until I left school, whilst at the same time exploring the‬
‭world of golf where I currently sit as a low single digit handicapper. I have also‬
‭joined a boxing club in more recent years. Here I have developed not only‬
‭discipline to develop lots of different skills, however, I have learned to interact‬
‭with an extremely wide range of people.‬
