Call to Meditation
Girl Scout Prayer

Almighty Father, hope of all the earth, hear my

humble prayer. You are my God, I thank You. My God,

I praise You. Grant that I may progress today in Your

love as I do a good turn for others and live the Girl

Scout Promise and Law. Give me joy of Your help

that I may have the courage, strength and grace to

meet life’s challenges. A pure heart create for me and

pour out your spirit on me that Imay discover my

fullest potential so that I may be of service to You,

my country and fellowmen for your greater glory.

Amen
TOGETHER WE CHANGE THE WORLD

CHORUS:

Change the world, come with me,

Time to let our dreams fly free
And it comes so easily, that is our way
Every moment we're alive
It's our love that will survive
In the Girl Scouts together,
We change the world.
Sisters of every color,
Friends from everywhere,
We all make a difference,
when we show the world we care.
The Girl Scouts are our family,
and they show us what we can be,
And I believe, together,
we change the world.
(Repeat Chorus)
In America, we have so much to give,
To our sisters around the world,
Who are struggling just to live,
Light the light and do our share,
reach out your hand and someones there,
And I believe, together,
We change the world.

(Repeat Chorus 2x)

IGNITE GIRL SCOUT
1st Verse
Can you believe that we’ve come this far?
We really are on our way,
To becoming, to believing, to be living the dream,
Dreamed a hundred years ago today!

2nd Verse
Can you feel the magic in the air?
Can you feel it spreading everywhere?
Where we live, where we play,
where we meet every day,
Growing stronger than we’ve ever dared!

Chorus
5-4-3-2-1!
Girl Scouts,
Ignite a dream, ignite your hope,
Ignite the world on fire it’s love!
Starts with a spark, a flame in your heart,
Until the world's burning bright, we’ll ignite!
I-g-n-i-t-e, Girl Scouts! I-g-n-i-t-e, Girl Sout s!

3rd Verse
Now there’s nothing standing in our way!
Sisters moving in that flow
Discovering, connecting, and creating our world!
There’s no limit on how far we can go!

4th Verse
Step outside it’s a brand new day!
Look around at all the changes we’ve made!
And the world’s never seen what can rise when we dream
We won’t stop until it’s all a-blaze! Chorus...

Bridge
It’s your planet, got to love it!
It’s your story, why don’t you tell it!
Step into life! Go Girls!
It’s our future, it’s our dream, journey on forever green!
It’s your spark, time to light it!
Get on your feet! Huh! Turn up the heat!
Make it glow, make it excite! Imagination, Inspiration,
Bring it to the world! Ignite! …

Ignite a dream, ignite your hope,

Ignite the world on fire it’s love!
Starts with a spark, a flame in your heart,
Until the world's burning bright, we’ll ignite! (3X)

I-g-n-i-t-e, Ignite! I-g-n-i-t-e, Ignite!

GIRL SCOUT HYMN
We are the Girl Scouts, the RP Girl Scouts
Members of the worldwide band
Youth consecrated, youth dedicated
To serve with heart and soul and hands.
We’re ready ever to rise together
To every GSP command
No task too lowly, no cause too lofty
When it’s our God and motherland.

CHORUS:
Yes! The girls in green are we
Proud and honored so to be
The Girl Scouts of the Philippines
Girl Scout of the Philippines.

We are the Girl Scouts, the RP Girl Scouts

And wherever we may be
In farthest barrios, in town or pueblo
We’ll do our duty full and free.
At home and leisure, outdoors with nature,
On native soil and overseas
Wheth’er the rank is star or senior miss
We’ll rally to the GSP.

(Repeat Chorus)

ON MY HONOR
Refrain :

On my honor, I will try.

There's a duty to be done and I say aye.
There's a reason to be here for a reason above.
My honor is to try and my duty is to love.

People don't need to know my name.

If I've done any harm, then I'm to blame.
If I've helped someone, then I've helped me.
And I've opened up my eyes to see.

I've tucked away a song or two.

If you're feeling low, there's one for you.
If you need a friend, then I will come.
And there's many mmore where I come from.

(Repeat Refrain)

Come with me where the fire burns bright,

We can even see better by the candle's light.
And we'll find moremeaning in a campfire's glod,
Than we've ever found in a year or so.

We've a promise to always keep.

And to pray "Softly Falls" before we sleep.
We are Girl Scouts together and when we're gone,
We'll still be trying and singing this song!
