Introduction
PERFECT READYMIX (MELAKA) SDN BHD was incorporated on 3rd April 2012. Our
company was a subsidiary Company of C. K. GROUP. We have in a short passage of
time, emerged as a progressive player in the industry due to our unwavering
commitment to customer satisfaction. Although the history of our company is brief,
we have in fact been actively involved in construction on the business of supplying
building materials. Its main customers are from sector industries area for whole
Malaysia.

After a year of ready-mix concrete supplier in Jasin, Melaka, the company’s business
grows matures and owns a strong customer base in state of Melaka. In January
2013, we extend our business network in Krubong, Melaka in order to provide wider
ready mix concrete supply to our customers in Krubong, Cheng, Klebang, Durian
Tunggal and some others location. Our company has experienced management team
and professional operation team intends to provide our customers with highest
quality in services and also highest quality in concrete products. Therefore we are
achieving BSI British Standard to provide “Concrete Test Cube Strengths Certificate”
to all of our clients.
Our Group
Since its establishment in 1988 by our group founder, Mr. Yow Kheng Tien, King Timber Trading has evolved into the
primary timber distributor in Gemas. In 1998, C. K. Timber Industries Sdn Bhd was established to consolidate and expand
upon King Timber Trading's operations. Today, our company, led by C. K. Timber Industries Sdn. Bhd. and its
subsidiaries, stands as a robust corporate entity comprising 22 active companies. Our diversified portfolio spans various
business segments, reflecting our commitment to growth and stability.
