    The meeting started at 9 o’clock in the morning at the principal’s office, a prayer led by
    ma’am Teresita B. Zulueta.

    Ma’m Liberty thanked all the teaches for the support the teachers extended for school
    year 2021-2022.

    Grade Level Heads


    Sir Ramo introduced ma’am Desiree R. Obrego as the new Grade 9 Level Head. He is
    resigning as the grade level head for grade due to reason that he will continue his
    Master’s Degree.
    Ma’am Flordelyn Palle also introduced ma’am Liezl de Guzman as the new Grade 8
    Grade Level head. MA’am PAlle will be the new Grade Prefect of Discipline.
    Brigada Eskwela
    Aiza May Alindajao School Brigada Coordinator have discussed on the plans of the
    school for the conduct of the incoming BE ang presented the accomplishments of the
    BE.

    She assigned teachers by grade level for the BE
    August 1 and 2 requiring all teachers to help
    Assign BE Attendance committee to ensure that everyone will be helping

    Nurse Sison presented the different health priority program of Department of Education
    Date of weighing of learners
    Guidelines in the prevention of COVID 19 DepEd Order No 34, 2023
    Face mask shall be mandatory, face mask may by used
    Physical distancing shall be observed whenever possible
    Classroom doors and proper ventilation
    Students, teacher are prohibited from eating while facing one another.
    Separate entrance and exit for different grade levels
    Implement mobile vaccination
    School infection plan and containment strategy
    Learner who exhibit symptoms shall be immediately excused from in-person classes
    and shall shift to distance learning.

    Sir Nurse presented the NDEP Coordinators from different schools

    According to ma’am Jill, Cabantian NHS STE is regionally recognized not yet on the
    National Level. No necessary papers yet, the regional office has not yet visited the
    school
    Subjects offered cannot offer like the nationally recognized school
    Only regular subjects plus research, creative TLE

    Ma’am Jill need to focus on STE to sustain the program, if possible not to let go the
    NDEP.Ma’am Jill on the stage on thinking/contemplating. Talked with ma’am Cheah
    Rosales, but nno final decision arrived on the said concern.

    Ma’am Gidelynne Love Lobino, prepared action plan with ma’am Guimalan. Bin for the
    waste. Solid waste management orientation before the class starts for teachers,
    learners and canteen concessionaires. Look for another area for MRF
    Repair of CRs, installation of MRF
    CR maintenance ask assistance from the PTA

    GAD Coordinator thanked everyone for the help. She also lay down her plans for next
    incoming school year.

    Suraya Campus will be occupied by the SPA. If STE will occupy the Suraya Campus,
    the schedule of loading will be sacrificed likewise the teachers in going to and coming
    from to campus. Consider the travel time of teachers.

    Ma’am Tanzo thanked all the teachers who helped for the success of the Moving Up
    Ceremony.

    Ma’am Panizal thanked all the class advisers for the 98% accuracy of SFCR as rated by
    the Division Checking Committee.

    Having taken all matters for discussion, the Presiding Officer adjourned the meeting at
    12:30 in the morniing.
