excellent service for all guests. This is Jan's second contract on board, and it’s evident that he has
performed admirably throughout its duration. Despite being a private individual, Jan is dedicated and
reliable in his work. He is adaptable to any assignment, completing tasks properly and without
needing supervision. His dependability makes him a trusted team member, always ensuring that jobs
are done correctly and on time. There are a few areas for improvement, such as maintaining a better
work-life balance on board. He was once reminded about the importance of timekeeping, but he
took the feedback constructively and has since improved in that regard. Jan could also benefit from
enhancing his interactions with both guests and colleagues to build his confidence and open up more
opportunities by overcoming his shyness. Overall, this contract has been very successful for Jan. He
has gained valuable knowledge and experience that will benefit his career moving forward. He has

through his contract. His journey during this contract has been challenging, particularly with guest
interactions and time management. The move to Dragon Lady provided Ben with an opportunity to
learn from his earlier performance issues and to strive for improvement. At Dragon Lady, Ben's
efforts to enhance his performance became noticeable. He concentrated more on guest interactions
and made a conscious effort to be punctual. He was also given the opportunity to promote Yum Cha
bookings by inviting guests, a task in which he excelled. It is encouraging to see individuals like Ben
learn and grow from their challenges. With proper guidance and his own dedication, Ben has the
potential to achieve even more in his career. I hope to see him continue to progress and succeed. He
has earned a well-deserved vacation.
