Public Forum:
Newspapers provide a space for public
discourse, where readers can express
opinions through letters to the editor
and opinion pieces.

It provides articles that


enlighten their own burdens
and laugh their troubles away.

Entertaining:
Newspapers often include
entertainment sections with comics,
puzzles, horoscopes, and human-
interest stories.

**RECORD KEEPING**

Document events, acting as


a historical record.
✓ Cut out two (2) articles or sections in the newspaper
that correspond to each function.
✓ Paste each article in a long bond paper and
highlight or mark the examples. Label each bond
paper with its corresponding function and the page
where you got the article.
✓ Create a cover page bearing your Group Name,
members name and grade & section.
✓ Portrait format. Maximum 15 pages including cover
page per function.
