An organization's purpose is ascertained through a series of processes known as strategic
planning. These procedures assist the organization's members in their efforts to accomplish the
established objective. This approach entails the development and implementation of a strategy
that will facilitate the formulation of a healthy decision. I am acquainted with DHL and will
incorporate it into my written assignment. DHL is an international logistics company that was
established in Germany by Americans (Wagenvoort, H., 2022). The organization offers express
mail, parcel delivery, and courier services. Deutsche Post is an international logistics company
that operates as DHL. The following stakeholders are necessary for the development of a
strategic planning process for DHL: Investors: These stakeholders invest their time and money in
a company to ensure its success. They offer assistance to the organization, which aids in its
expansion. I am of the opinion that no organization will attract investors. Shareholders: These are
the members of the organization who are involved in the making of all significant decisions.
Shareholders possess the power to approve or deny a decision that has been made. One of the
most critical stakeholders in any organization is employees, as they are responsible for executing

changes that digitalization will bring, while simultaneously addressing labor shortages and

customer journey, will become increasingly significant, and more profitable growth will be
