Looks like RFS on standby database gets reset and file transfer resets again.

So many such errors in log.  4,143 views

This in turns increases the lag.

Standby database is 400 archives behind.(even if its recover managed standby database using
current logfile disconnect)

ANSWER

Don't panic, no errors no problems.

You can ignore this warnings, They are shown when disk IO & CPU load are high in the
server (this time is because the recovery, i think). The database are also trying to archive on
disk but unable to do this because the high load. So it is deleting the incomplete archive log.
