Competency Matrix Example
Competency Matrix Example
NOTES: 1. The left hand matrix represents the core competencies and all possible demonstrations of those competencies in recent projects 2. The right hand matrix is a distillation of the best demonstration of each of the core competencies. So each competency element can be focussed on for the relevant project and only written about once. 3. This also allows the PDP participant to see if there are competency elements that he/she might not have covered. This could be used to plan for future direction and work allocation.
