INSTILLING NEW, SUPPORTING BElief:

‘I am never going to succeed...’

to:
‘I am more than capable to do
what I like, and I am getting more
successful at it every day.’

1. ENVIRONMENT
When you think about your new belief, where do you picture yourself?
When is this new belief taking place?
Who are the people you are interacting with?
What are their reactions?

2. BEHAVIOR
When you are thinking about your new belief how do you behave?
What do you say in the context of this new belief?
What do you do that is different than before?
What words do you use?
What actions do you take?

3. SKILLS
When you are thinking about your new belief how well are you doing
what you are doing?
Have you mastered any new skills?
Have the skills you already have improved? How?

4. BELIEFS AND VALUES

Now that you have this new belief why is it that you do what you do?
What drives you to take action?
Why is it important to you and other people?

5. IDENTITY
Now that you have this new belief who are you being for other people,
who are you being for yourself?
How is that different than before?

6. PURPOSE
Now that you have this new belief about yourself
what purpose does living this new belief give you?
How does it relate to a bigger picture of your life?

Once you have answered all these questions, you will do it one more time,
this time going in reverse. Thus, your new belief will be solidified in your
NLP unconscious mind.

IDENTIFY YOUR CORE VALUES:

From this list you can mark values that are true for you, for a particular life area:
relationships, family, business, health, wealth, day to day life, education etc.
Then prioritize the six most important ones and ask yourself questions for ambiguity
(does the first value include the second...), syntax (is the value number six the foundation
for the value no.5 / no. 5 is foundation for no. 4 / etc.) and then mark places between
values that don’t support each other and ask question to find out your motivation
(why is this important?)
When you spot limitations: negation, complex equivalence, cause and effect and
other language patterns, change them with sub-modalities (belief chante), parts
integration and timeline (master course). When you are done, prioritize your values
one more time.

The first value has to be the most general one, and the last one has
NLP to be the most specific one.

After you have answered all these questions, list everybody or everything you could help,
