1.Scenario Description
In a grade (4) classroom, there are 17 students, including a mix of academic abilities and
social backgrounds. Among them, a few students exhibit challenging behaviors, particularly
during group activities. One student, Alex Joseph, frequently disrupts the class by calling out
answers, making loud noises, and distracting peers during lessons. This behavior not only
affects Alex’s learning but also disrupts the learning environment for other students. The
goal of this behavior management plan is to address Alex's disruptive behavior while
promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
