STUDENT WEB APP INSTALLATION


Install The Drum Camp Student web app easily on your Android and iOS with these simple steps

Android
1. Open Google Chrome on your mobile phone.
2. Enter or paste the URL https://thedrumcamp.classcard.app/ on your Google Chrome.
3. Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of Google Chrome. A menu will
appear.
4. On the menu, click on “Install app.’’

The app will be installed on your phone in a few moments!

iOS
1. Open Safari on your mobile phone.
2. Enter or paste the URL https://thedrumcamp.classcard.app/ on Safari.
3. A banner will appear at the bottom of the screen which reads “Add this app to your
homescreen for easy access and better experience.”
4. Tap the share icon at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down and press 'Add to Home
Screen.'
5. Save it as ‘The Drum Camp’

Open the home screen and the app should be there!

How To Sign in with your Student Account


Access the Sign-in page by clicking on Profile option in the bottom right corner.

1. Click on the Forgot your password? button and then add your primary email ID that you
registered at The Drum Camp with to Reset your password. Unable to recall your email
address, please check with us.
2. The instructions to set your password will then be sent straight to your inbox.
3. Check your mail to see if you’ve got an email from “The Drum Camp”. Click on the blue
highlighted word ‘here’ and you’ll be redirected to Set a new password!

4. Enter New Password and retype the same one in the Confirm Password box, and then
click on the Set Password button.

You will be redirected to the sign-in page of your institution > enter your email address and newly
set password, and click Sign in.

You’re all done!

What can you do/view with the Student Account?


All information available in your app is applicable from May 2024 going forward.

At the bottom of the app, you have multiple tabs:

1. Calendar – Click the dates with a dot in it to find information of classes.


2. Bookings – gives you an overview of the package you have booked, included the classes
finished, scheduled and any balance unscheduled classes, if any with the Validity Date of
the current package.
3. Chat – The teacher can initiate a chat with the student and parent/student can respond
with any queries you may have.
4. Profile – 3 sections are in use now: Attendance, Billing & Files
a. Attendance: view a summary of the attendance followed below with a class by class
record that includes teacher’s comments, if any.
b. Billing: All invoices with payment status from May 2024 onwards are listed here
c. Files: Teachers can directly share files to the student that can include Class Notes,
Report Cards, Exam Reports, Video links, Images etc

How to CANCEL an Upcoming Class?

1. Navigate to the Calendar


2. Click on the dot-marked date in your calendar for a detailed view of your upcoming class.
3. You will see the button “Cancel Booking”. Click on it to cancel your upcoming class.
4. Cancellations are permitted only 1 day before the class start.
5. To book a make-up class within the validity period, please contact us.

To book a new class package or renew your class package, please contact us.
