Roles & Responsibilities:

HR Formalities
1. On-boarding formalities: Joining formalities, induction, verifying & processing insurance papers of new joiners &
updating the payroll team.

2. Hiring new joiners in people soft system & updating information of existing employees

3. Help them to open the bank accounts

4. Managing BU induction of new joiners including preparing schedule, coordinating with speakers & participants, &
taking feedback. Also, coordinate for corporate induction program.

5. Executing day to day activities including probation, salary related issues etc.

6. Background check for all regular employees in the Business Unit (BU), coordinating between candidates & agency for
completion of background check of an employee.

7. Preparation & analysis of BU MIS for all location on monthly basis.

8. Preparation of all types of Letters & Certificates eg. Offer Letter & Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter,
Relieving Letter, Experience Certificate etc. Schedule Exit Interviews.

Recruitment
1. Mapping for Walk-in interview.

2. Co-Ordinate the interview with the Tech panel.

3. Sourcing profiles through Jobsites / Advertisement / Reference and through Vendors as per requirement.

4. Scheduling Interview for the Candidates with the Client.

5. Sourcing and Managing outsourced resources.
