ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 CI/CD - Deployed both Monolithic applications on Tomcat and Microservice applications on K8’s using
Jenkins, used Groovy scripts - Jenkinsfiles (Declarative pipelines) and Shared Libraries for the process.
Stored key-value pairs in properties files.

 Managed & Deployed AWS infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS).

 EKS clusters – managed Kubernetes service to create and maintain pods for all the environments.

 EC2 – different Nodegroups ie AutoScaling groups for EKS, ECR for storing docker images,

 VPC networks for EKS , Subnet, Route Table, NAT gateway, IGW, ELB - ALB, EBS, S3 etc.. to run
applications based on clients requirements.

 CloudFront mapping with the origin ie. ALB.

 Modified existing Cloudformation templates to update roles and S3 bucket policies, permissions on
AWS.

 Good working knowledge on IAM to create users, groups, roles and policies in AWS.

 Created and maintained manifests and values file for Helm charts files for Deployments, Services,
ConfigMaps, Secrets, DaemonSets, HPA, Ingress, Cluster autoscaler, Persistent Volumes, PVCs, etc
on GitHub.

 Distributed workload using Master Slave configuration in Jenkins.

 Image creation using Dockerfile for java, nodejs application modules and maintained them on
ECR and other repos using Docker.
 Built application artifacts with Maven.
 Code quality check using SonarQube, by setting Quality Profiles – Set of rules and QualityGates – Set
of conditions.

 Maintained artifacts on JFrog on Hosted repos - Release and Snapshot repos

 Created and maintained the branches on GIT, merged codes with Pull requests on GitHub.

 Have good knowledge on Linux OS and commands.
