TASK PERFORMANCE
Instructions:
1. The task will be done by pair. The students will be paired by their instructor.
2. Your task is to create a personal vision. Though done in pairs, each should have an individual vision.
You must utilize the questions below in creating such:
• What is my vision about (purpose)?
• What does my vision stand for (values)?
• What actions do I take to manifest my visions and my values?
• What objectives am I going to set for myself, to start running my vision into reality? (one
objective to achieve within the next week, the next month, and within the next 3 months)
3. Create your output using the formatting details below.
 Short bond paper (8.5” x 11”)
 Font: Calibri
 Font Size: 11 pt.
 Single Spacing
 Margin: 1” all sides
4. Each pair will be given seven (7) minutes for their discussion in front of the class by week 4.
5. Your output will be graded based on the following rubric:
