    married and maried respectively, residents of Bantayan, Dumaguete City, Negros

    We personally know JOSELITO BLURO ESPINA, we being close friends


    for a long period of time;

    As reflected on his PSA Birth Certificate he was registered as JOSE


    BALAURO ESPINA;

    As reflected on his Marriage contract, SSS records, birth certificate of his son
    his name appears as JOSELITO BALAURO ESPINA;

    The name JOSELITO BALAURO ESPINA and JOSE BALAURO


    ESPINA refers to one and the same person;

    That his true and correct name is JOSE BALAURO ESPINA;

    That we are not related to him either by affinity or by consanguinity;

    That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and
    for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
