Enterprise Cloud Solutions, AI & Security Architect November 2020 – May 2024
As an Enterprise Azure Cloud Solutions & Security Architect at PNC Financial Services, I led the large-scale migration of
on-premises applications to Azure, meticulously estimating and outlining the solutions necessary for successful cloud migration. My
collaborative approach with stakeholders enabled the identification of challenges and the selection of optimal solutions, thereby
facilitating informed decision-making. I spearheaded the adoption of cloud services, balancing strategic goals with practicality, and
managed the comprehensive cloud adoption program. My responsibilities included implementing cloud architectures and solutions to
meet client requirements, providing technical guidance throughout development, deployment, and implementation phases, and
overseeing all aspects of Azure cloud architecture. I was pivotal in resource allocation and ensuring sustained operational strategies,
while governing the adherence to Azure Cloud Microsoft best practices. Additionally, I defined cloud strategy and architecture,
ensuring technical designs met all requirements, with a focus on security, reliability, and performance. I designed security controls
and threat protection measures, and analyzed and created identity and access management structures.
In my role, I also developed and executed the Terraform Enterprise roadmap, modernizing the current Terraform
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) layer across the organization. I architected Terraform multi-region and configuration-driven solutions,
and implemented best practices for Terraform SDLC in a multi-team environment. My work included Azure PowerShell automation,
architecting pipelines in Azure DevOps for CI/CD from development to production, and integrating Azure Monitor, Azure Log
Analytics, and Azure Application Insight services.
My expertise extended to Azure Cloud SME, Enterprise Application Portfolio Migration to Azure, Cloud Security
Architecture, and Master Data Management. I was instrumental in Enterprise Cloud Information Management, Enterprise Cloud Data
Migration, Microservices Architecture, and API Management services. Additionally, I developed robust strategies for Azure identity,
authentication, and security, including IAM, MIM, RBAC, SSO, MFA, OAuth, and SAML.
