SBM Validation Script
INTRO: I would like to greet everyone gathered here today a pleasant Thursday morning. First,
let me introduce myself, my name is Martin Cristy Emmanuel P. Remolar IV, from Baras
Elementary School. I’ll be responsible for hosting this presentation. I am glad to
welcome all the SBM presenters and all the validators of today’s event.
As a few reminder:
First- Be on time for each virtual session. As best practice, be just a few minutes early.
Second- Make sure that you are muted so that everyone would hear what the speaker
is saying.
Third- Turn on your video camera when needed.
Fourth- Communicate professionally, be respective and courteous at all times.
Fifth- If you have a question, use the chat box for the moderator to note it.
And lastly, participate actively in each session.
PRAYER AND NATIONAL ANTHEM: To begin our program, let us ask for the guidance and
wisdom from our creator, to be followed by the singing of the National Anthem.
ATTENDANCE: Again, welcome to the 2021 School Based Management Validation and thank
you for accepting the challenge of SBM.

WELCOME REMARKS: Thank you Mam/ Sir and thank you participants.
To kick- off this morning’s program, we are pleased to have with us our very own
Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Cecilia D. Ramirez to give the welcome remarks.
PRAYER: Good morning everyone. Welcome to our second day of Baras Sub- Office
Validation of School- Based Management Level of Practice for SY 2020- 2021. To start
our program, let us all pray and ask for the guidance and wisdom from our dear creator
to be lead by Mrs. Shirley P. Matamis, Teacher from Baras Elementary School.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Every day is a new beginning and every day is a chance for us to do
better. Let us call on Mrs Gigi Dela Cruz, teacher from Baras Elementary School to give
us some food for thought.
PRINCIPLE 4 VALIDATION: Thank you mam. That was so inspiring, and that reminds me of
what Mam Ays Tolentino shared to us yesterday, “If we get tired, learn to rest, but never
quit”. Because at the end of the day we can say that even a small step is still a
progress. With that, let’s now move on to the last principle to be presented, Principle 4-
______________________________ by San Roque Elementary School with their
School Head, Mr. Gilbert D. Danao.
HOUSE CLEARING: Why don’t we give ourselves a virtual big hand for having this day. (clap,
clap) We couldn’t have done this successfully without our SBM coordinators,
presenters, School Heads, validators, and the people who spared their time and effort
preparing our SBM. Thank you, thank you, and thanky ou all for your hardwork.
And now, for some clarifications, reminders, and important announcements, let’s call on
our PSDS, Dr. Cecilia D. Ramirez.
CLOSING REMARKS: Thank you po. And for our closing remarks, let us hear it from Head
Teacher III of Santiago Elementary School, Mr. Richard Y. Bianes, a virtual clap for
him.
OUTRO: We do all have a 2- fruitful days and I would like to thank you all for being here. Once
