Intervention

Objective:

Activity Steps:
1. Introduction (10 minutes):
Start by explaining the importance of understanding the unconscious in psychoanalysis and therapy.
2. Guided Visualization (15 minutes):
Guide participants through a relaxation exercise to help them access a state of deep relaxation.
Once relaxed, lead them through a guided visualization journey into their unconscious minds. Encourage them to explore their
inner landscapes and notice any thoughts, feelings, or images that arise.
3. Creative Expression (20 minutes):
Provide participants with paper, pens, and optional art supplies.
Invite them to express any insights or images from the guided visualization through drawing, painting, or writing.
Encourage them to let their unconscious mind guide their creative expression without judgment or censorship.
4. Group Sharing and Discussion (15 minutes):
After the creative expression phase, gather the group to share their experiences.
Encourage participants to discuss any insights, emotions, or symbols that emerged during the activity.
Facilitate a discussion on how these insights relate to their least mastered competencies in psychoanalysis and how they can
apply them in their practice.

and dynamics of various institutions, and collaborate to develop solutions to complex issues.

Half-day workshop (3-4 hours)

Tables and chairs arranged in a U-shape or theater-style setup
Name tags for participants (optional)
Printed briefing materials (background information on institutions, case studies, etc.)
