    1Q Name and explain with a suitable example the technique of Scientific Management given by Taylor,
    with the objective of determining the number of workers to be employed for a task.

    2Q Name and explain with a suitable example the technique of Scientific Management given by Taylor to
    differentiate between the efficient and the inefficient workers.

    3Q The work within an organisation may be grouped into separate departments, like production,
    marketing, finance, human resources, etc. Identify the principle of management being applied in the
    given case.

    4Q According to Taylor, there should be an almost equal division of work and responsibility between
    workers and management. Identify and explain the related principle of management.

    5Q There is a direct contradiction between one of the Fayol's principles of management and one of the
    techniques of scientific management. Explain the reason for contradiction among them.

    6Q The principle of cooperation and not individualism is considered to be an extension of one of the
    principles of scientific management. Identify the principle. Also justify the given statement with the help
    of suitable explanation.
