Jaipur.
Due to security constraints, no student will be allowed to attend the
Convocation if they have not registered themselves and those who
don’t enter the campus before the stipulated time.

Greetings from your Alma Mater - Poornima University!!!
You will be happy to know that the Eighth Convocation of the University will be held
OFFLINE on Monday, December, 27th, 2021 at 10:00 AM (REPORTING TIME FOR
STUDENTS: 8.30 AM) at Poornima University Campus, Sitapura, Jaipur and Lt
Gen Amardeep Singh Bhinder, AVSM, VSM, GOC-in-C, South Western Command,
Jaipur will be the Chief Guest of the function.
The rehearsal of the Convocation will be held on Sunday, December, 26th, 2021 at
12:00 noon, at Poornima University Campus, Sitapura, Jaipur. It is necessary for
the degree recipients to attend the rehearsal. We would appreciate your presence on
both occasions, rehearsal and the convocation.
It may please be noted that the entry to the Convocation will be subjected to fulfillment
of eligibility requirements, clearance of all dues (if any), filling the Convocation Google
Form, timely reporting on convocation day. It may also be noted that the payment
of Rs. 750/- is charged from caution money against fee for (i) certificate of Degree, (ii)
folder, and (iii) Alumni lifetime membership fee.
It may please also be noted that the caution money will be refunded through online
mode in the account details submitted to the finance department for this purpose by
individual students.
It is mandatory for all Degree Recipients to register themselves for the 8 th Convocation
by filling the Google form available on this

The dress code for the Convocation is formal attire. The Convocation gown, which you
need to wear for receiving the degree, will be available at the help desk at Poornima
University Campus, Sitapura, Jaipur. No hiring charge for the gown will be taken
but the students need to deposit Rs. 1000/- as security (Cash Only) which will be
refunded after returning the gown to the vendor. The Gown must be returned
immediately after the Convocation.
It will be our pleasure if your parents also accompany you to attend the Convocation
ceremony. However, we may not be able to accommodate anybody other than your
parents/guardians. Please inform their name/(s) to your Dept. through Google
Form along with any other requirements like stay arrangements at hostel/guest house
etc. so that we shall try to organize the things accordingly. You may contact the
