COURSE DESCRIPTION
This subject aims to develop the trainee’s communicative competence. It enhances the cultural and intercultural awareness of
the trainees and to equip them with the tools for critical evaluation
COURSE OUTCOMES

1. Describe the nature, elements and functions of verbal and non-verbal communication in various multicultural contexts.
2. Evaluate multimodal texts critically to enhance receptive skills (listening, reading, writing and viewing).
3. Convey ideas trough oral, audio, visual and/or web-based presentation for different target audience in local and global
setting.
4. Adopt cultural and intercultural awareness and sensitivity in communication of ideas.
5. Participate in workplace communication
6. Practice COVID-19 Preventive measures in the Workplace
7. Perform Solid Waste Management in the Workplace
