Your co-worker Shane wants to access an Ubuntu server on Amazon Web Service. You notice he uses
Windows at home. He asks you if you can help him access this machine. He tells you he has no
experience doing this.
 What would be the steps you would take to guide him?

Nick, your co-worker seems to be having issues with his home network on his laptop running Windows.
You notice on virtual meetings he is freezing up on video calls and dropping in and out of the meeting.
 Assuming you have access to his computer, how would you go about resolving this issue?
