➢Are materials produced by people or
groups directly involved in the event or
topic being studied. These group of
people either participants or eyewitness
to the event.

➢ An account of a person’s life
narrated by that himself/herself..

involve in examining sources. First,
external criticism examines the
authenticity of the document or the
evidence being used. Second, internal
criticism examines the truthfulness of
the content of the evidence.
