How to join teams meeting

Join a Microsoft Teams meeting from your calendar, or


sign in as a guest on the web.

Join a Teams meeting from the app


From you Calendar, select Join on a meeting before
it's started, or one that's in-progress.

Don't have the Teams app? You can still join a Teams meeting.

In your email invite, select Click here to join the meeting.


You can also use a dial-in number and conference ID from the email
to call in.

HAVE TO CLICK ON THAT OPTION IN ORDER TO JOIN.
AFTER JOINING YOU WILL BE LAND ON THIS TYPE OF WEBPAGE.

BY LAPTOP/PC
WHEN YOU WILL BE JOINING MEETING WITH THE HELP OF
ZOOM THEN YOU WILL BE GETTING THIS TYPE OF INTERFACE.
AFTER THAT YOU NEED TO CLICK ON JOIN OPTION. AS SOON AS
YOU DO THIS YOU WILL BE GETTING THIS TYPE OF INTERFACE
MAKE SURE TO ENTER MEETING ID AND PASSCODE AND AFTER
THAT CHECK YOUR NAME AND SEE YOU HAVE CLICKED ON AUDIO
AND VIDEO OPTION.
