been briefed clearly about the aftendance policy of the Institute, in accordance to the RGPV Norms.
Thus, I hereby declare that

1) My ward will, in any ce6e, maintain a minimuur of 75Yo altendance during all the reviews in
the academic sessionisemester.
2) In case of his/her failure to maintain a minimum of 7l%attendance;
a. He / She will be debarred from appearing in MST/Qui/Assignment/Sessional/Viva for the

semester.

b' He / She will not be provided rvith any alternate opportunity to compensate for the lack of
attendance.

c- As per the RGPV University Ordinance No.4(D) Point no. 3.9 and Ordinance No.4(A)
Point no. 10, Section 40 (1), University Exam forms rvill not forward by the institute, if
the total attendance in all circumstances is less than 75% inthe semester.
d' The absence will be considered as an act of acute indiscipline, resulting in the issue of
Transfer Cerlificate (TC) too if required.
e. As per Guideiine of Post Metric Scholarship issue by Gol't. of India, Ministry of social
Justice and Empowerutent, In Reference to Point 12 (\2.1), Page 12, the attenrlmc e of 7 Syo
is nlandatory in every academic year and the attendance is verified through Aadhar besed
Attendance System / Biometric.
