    I hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to seek your consent for your son/daughter
    ___________________________ to participate in the training program at POLO National High School and
    Alos National High School starting April 3 to April 24, 2024 excluding Sunday, in preparation for the Region 1
    Athletic Meet 2023-2024. The schedule of practice will be as follows:
    Date Day Time
    April 3 –8, 2024 MWF 1:00pm – 5:00pm
    TTHS 8:00am – 12:00nn
    April 9– 17,2024 (in house training) MWF 8:00am – 12:00nn
    TTHS 1:00pm – 5:00pm
    April 19 - 27 , 2024 R1AA R1AA

    Your son's participation in this training program will provide him with valuable opportunities to enhance
    his athletic skills and represent our Division at a competitive level. Please be informed that while we will make
    every effort to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, the school cannot be held liable for any
    unforeseen incidents or accidents that may occur during the training sessions or the athletic meet.
    We understand that as parents, your primary concern is the safety and welfare of your child. Rest
    assured, we will take all necessary precautions to keep your child safe at all times during the training program.
    Furthermore, while the school will provide support for some expenses related to the training program
    and participation in the athletic meet, please note that this support may not cover all expenses incurred. We
    kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
    Your support and cooperation are invaluable to us as we work together to help your child reach his full
    potential as an athlete. We sincerely appreciate your unending support and understanding.
    Thank you for entrusting us with the opportunity to work with your child and for your continued support of
    our athletic program.
