PROJECT PROPOSAL
I. RATIONALE
Access to education is a fundamental right, yet economic constraints often hinder the
learning opportunities for many students. Recognizing the importance of equitable access to
educational resources, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Dalupaon will be initiating a
project entitled PrintaSKwela: Free Printing Project. This project aims to alleviate
financial burdens on students by providing free printing services. By facilitating access to
learning materials, PrintaSKwela contributes significantly to achieving Sustainable
Development Goal Number 4 - Quality Education.
The primary objective of PrintaSKwela is to bridge the educational divide by addressing the
economic challenges that hinder access to learning materials. The project recognizes that
access to quality education is crucial for personal development, empowerment, and breaking
the cycle of poverty. In addition, it aims to eliminate the financial burden associated with
printing essential learning materials such as projects, assignments, and reference materials.
By providing these services free of charge, the project ensures that students can fully engage
in their academic pursuits without financial constraints.
Moreover, the project aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4 - Quality Education,
which advocates for inclusive and equitable education for all. PrintaSKwela directly
contributes to providing equal opportunities for students, irrespective of their economic
background, fostering a more inclusive and just educational system. It also anticipates a
positive impact on students' academic performance by ensuring they have the necessary
learning materials on time. Through surveys and feedback mechanisms, the project will
measure and assess the tangible outcomes, gauging improvements in academic achievements
and overall well-being.
