Project Summary
Order management process automation is built with AppSheet. Automated customers placed
orders in client web application, extracting the customer details like name, address, contact
number, delivery date, no of items, price. Bot will monitor the shipment status on daily basis. Is
orders or delivered within time or any cancelations. Finally validating payment and invoice
details sends the report.

Project Summary
A purchase requisition is raised to procure a certain quantity of a good or

service from a third-party vendor.
A Purchase Order is based upon the PR and is a formal request to the vendor
for the supply of goods or services
This is a SAP entry to validate that the requested services from the Purchase
Order have been actually delivered
Bot monitors emails and as soon as it sees new sales order coming through,
it checks for customer's outstanding balance and accordingly either creates
a Sales Order entry in ERP system or responds saying customer has
outstanding payments and responds back to email
For a specific PO an invoice is created when the requested material and
services are fulfilled
The bot reads various kinds of invoices coming to the system including pdf,
image, scanned copies etc., extracts the data contained in each of the
invoices, collates and then logs into ERP system for processing
