1.E-mail:
1. Electronic mail
(email or e-mail) is a method of exchanging messages ('mail")
between people using electronic devices. Invented
by Ray Tomlinson,E-mail is a
message that may contain text, files, images, or other attachments sent

specified individual or group of individuals.
E-MAIL WRITING:
1. The To field is where you type the e-mail address of the
person who is the recipient
of your message.
2. The FROM field should contain your e-mail address.

secret. Each BCC recipient will receive the e-mail, but will not see who else recelved

a copy. The addressees (anyone listed in the To" field) remain visible to all

recipients. This field is optional.

9. Finally, the Message Body is the location you type your main message. It often

contains your signature at the bottom; similar to a handwritten letter.

Elements of a good businessletter:


A business letter is an important form oftechnical communication. It is different
from the usual letters we write in a sense that it appeals to reason rather than

Example: It could be written with respect to an item that a person is
