ABOUT THE PROJECT Data and Analytics Office Europe is embarking


on Data Controls implantation on key Business
services across the major markets in Europe
which is a multi-year program execution.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  You will facilitate process discovery for the
(bullet points) backlog of prioritized business processes
in Europe.
 Process discovery includes:
o Engagement with Business Process
Owners and IT Service Owners.
o Documentation of processes
leveraging Client standards and
tools.
o Get an end to end understanding of
data involved in the business
process (Business Data Elements,
Data Lineage, Data Quality rules
identification ) and completion of
data discovery artefacts.
 Data controls implementation
o You will work between the business
process owners, IT service owners
and the global Data Utility Team to
implement Client Data controls
across the in-scope processes.
o You will help the business to
understand data management
principles and implement data
controls to drive expected business
outcomes

PUBLIC
o You will be a single point of contact
for the Data Utility teams who will
be implementing data controls for
the business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE  Business Analysis experience & working
WE REQUIRE with Business & Technology stakeholders
(bullet points)  Agile Methodologies
 Excellent process modelling skills –
identification and process flows
documenting. Desired UML/BPMN
knowledge.
 Superior communication & stakeholders
management skills in English
 Ability to translate / explain technical
terms to business SMEs
 Good understanding of Data Management
i Data Quality in enterprise environment.

OPTIONAL/NICE TO HAVE

 German or French Language
