forming strong alliances with big companies that could help for the
improvement of the digital services they are offering.
THREATS:
 Now that we are in the digital age, a lot of companies are also being
founded to meet the demand for the digital service, however because
of these, a lot of competitors are arising resulting in an intense

XI. Conclusion or Recommendation

Suntec India is one of the most sought outsourcing companies in
India and in the global industry. They are one of the companies that takes
initiative to grow and accept risks by investing in newly developed
technologies. Since 1999, the company has maintained a good reputation
and stuck to the company’s mission and vision which is to make the client
the center of everything. As modernity approached and artificial intelligence
became the trend of the digital age, the company decided to consider the
trend and take a step to explore the field as it has a potential to become one
of the services they may offer in the future. As the situation is analyzed, it is
recommended to hire more AI specialists and conduct several trial-and-error
developments to evaluate whether the company has an ability to exceed
their limits and open new opportunities.

XII. Relevance to the Topic

The business case analysis of SunTec has been found to be relevant
to Lessons 5 and 2. Since the business case analysis revolved around the
exploration phase of SunTec in the field of Artificial Intelligence and was
given recommendations that may fall under the concept of planning
functions specifically the operational planning since there is a potential that
the policies may change in the company once they start to deep dive in the
development of artificial intelligence. In addition, this analysis used different
methods of marketing and situational analysis such as 5Cs, SWOT, and
PESTLE in determining different internal, and external factors that may
affect the company.

XIII. Two (2) PMO Principles advocated in your Case Analysis related to earlier.
If we revisit the analysis, most of it was taken into consideration
according to the 5 primary functions of management of Henri Fayol,
specifically the Planning and Organizing principles which resonated in terms
of steps that the company shall take as they welcome new trends in the field

of technology. In addition, staffing is also considered in this analysis as some

of the recommendations above included recruitment of AI specialists in
helping developing strategies and knowing the potential risks of new
investments. Another principle that has become relevant to the analysis is
the continuous improvement, the paper focused on the perspective of the
company widening and expanding the services they may offer as well as
taking risk to open possible new opportunities not only for the company but
also for the future employees of it.
