COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course examines the nature of individual and group employee
behavior in a work environment and how it affects organizational
performance. Psychological principles explain how and why people act as
they do. It includes an emphasis on the use of theories as conceptual
tools for analyzing and solving personnel problems.

Case Study: The students will submit a case study of the organizational
behavior of a company of their choice. It can be from private or government
institution manufacturing products or rendering services.

For Synchronous (SL) and Asynchronous Learning (AOL)
1. Students enlisted in the MIS master list are permitted to attend the class
via Google Meet.
2. Students are required to turn on their camera and to use their full name
while class is on-going.
3. Students should mute their microphone unless called to recite or permitted
to speak.
4. Students should find an appropriate area, conducive for learning and
should dress appropriately and be respectful. Use chat box responsively.
5. Students should comply with the date of submission of all the
requirements.
6. Class monitor should be in charge of all the communications between
