As it is open that there is a severe condition in nutrition sector due to shortage of

food in our country, the program of our type might reduce the shortage of food,
especially of protein of animal. Through this program it is quite possible to produce
a huge amount of protein for our country. The table shows the anticipated

B) To provide alternative job sector for the rural area to lessen the serious
unemployment crisis in the rural area.

This is a sustainable project, as well as an alternative job or working sector for the
rural people, especially the rural youths. As there is a big number of employees
might be engaged here in this program. The number of employees in this project
may be described as below. It is to mention here that this employment structure is
fully for preliminary stage of the project. But it will obviously increase later with
progress of the project.

This is also a direct output of proposed project.

C) Motivational work for the rural youths to make them encouraged to set-up
the same types of farming activities.

To make this type of farming business popular among the rural youths, it needs a
well-established farm to exhibit to other. We have a small farm of this type, but it is
too tiny and not well-equipped. We already have gained some motivational
experiences among the rural youths. And for our motivational works some small
poultry and fish culture farms already have been established in the rural area of
Santhia. But our organizational feels a greater opportunity in this sector not only for
the NGO itself, but also the rural people. It is only possible by setting up a large
scale Poultry farm. The same thing is for the fisheries and goat-rearing program.

D) The intensive experience of the organization and its key persons in the
related sector to adopt the initiatives.

The intensive experiences of one of our founder members (known as Pioneer of this
sector) on poultry, dairy and fisheries project, which has been running since 1980, is
our directives. Hence, the motivational program of the organization, which has
made some youths influenced for this programs in this area. Our organization has
been engaged to make the rural people benefited from this sector. Our NGO is
trying to make these programs popular among the rural people. Many youths
already has adopted this program as their businesses in the rural area of Pabna due
to our motivational program. But there is no proper treatment center for their birds
and fish. Through this project our NGO will try to solve this problem extensively.

E) Dare necessities of "Skill Development Training" sector in the rural area.

There is no "Skill Development Training Center or Institute" in this area. So we

strongly feel the same type of center or institute for the rural youths in this area. If
there is a "Skill Development Training Center or Institute" in this area, we believe
that it will be revolution for this sector in the rural area. Our proposed project might
be able to act as "Skill Development Training Center or Institute" permanently in
this area.
