Attention

1、 Please read the operation manual carefully before installation and usage.
2、 Don’t smoke and use the mobile phone in the gas station.Strictly abide by the relevant
provisions of the gas station and safety rules.
3、 Forbid fueling to vehicle without certification form technical supervision department。
4、 The gas station must be buried according to the standard ground,fuel dispenser to be
reliable grounding.
5、 Before starting fueling ,the vehicle must be shut down and open the tank cover.
6、 During fueling,worker must be concentrated on the spirit and prevent the oil spill.
7、 Pay attention to the nozzle gently,the hose shall not be torn and elongated,shall not
use the nozzle to support the body,to prevent damage to equipment.
8、 During fueling ,When the weather changed in heavy rain ,thunder and lightning,
stop business.
9、 Regular cleaning the dispenser, cut off the power first,open the door to remove the
dirts inside.Surface cleaning don’t allow the use of gasoline,kerosene and other
flammable solution.Regular cleaning the filte,check the flow menter accuracy ,check
if the V-belt is loose,no fireworks while cleaning.
10、 Unprofessional personnel is forbidden to take apart the machine。
11、 Install the machine in well-ventilated place. Avoid the machine to be drenched and
directly insolated。
12、 Stop fueling and cutting the power immediately when any accident occurs suddenly.

1. Working principle
Fuel dispenser is a complete liquid volume measurement system, the main part generally

including:Ex-proof motor,pump,separator,flow meter,solenoid,valve,encoder,microcomputer

controller,display,oil sight glass and nozzle,ect.The motor drive the pump which through the hose delivery

oil into the separator,Under the pump of pressure,the fuel flow through the flow meter,oil sight

glass,nozzle,and final into the vehicle.The working principle as below:

3.2 Eclectic power supply

3.2.1Cable specification
1) The main power switch of the Mini station should be set in the indoor distribution cabinet. The power
cable should be made of three-core multi-strand copper cores with good oil resistance (the
cross-sectional area of each core is 2.5mm2) and insulated cable with plastic sheath. The specifications
are RVV3 x2.5mm2 (conforming to GB 50058-92 standard).If it is a DC12 power input ， The
specifications are RVV2 x6.0mm2
2) The cables between the distribution cabinet and the connection box of the mini station should enter
the underground, and no connectors should be allowed in the middle, so as to avoid the occurrence of
electric spark and endanger the safety of the refueling ski.
3) the Mini station’s grounding terminal is connected with the earth protection system of the gas station,
and the resistance of the connection line should not be greater than 4.
4) the communication line is sheathed with a size of RVV4*0.5mm2.

2、Press when dispenser refuling，the dispenser automatically stops when the amount reaches the
next integer，Integer stops in ones place（******.00），or tens place （*****0.00），or hundreds place
（****00.00），or thousands place （***000.00），available to set.

3、Close the nozzle when refuling，press key，dispenser will close the big solenoid valve，open
the nozzle will refuling in small flow speed，automatically stop refuling when the amount reaches an
integer.For example，the current refueling amount is 5.91 dollors，when the amount reaches 6.00 dollors,
it will automatically stop.

4.2.2【Fueling with preset】

machine performs preset gas filling. When the difference between the gas filling amount and the

setting can be made.Coefficient modification range: 100-9999
2) Calculation method of coefficient:
New coefficient value = (actual value / display value) * original coefficient.
Example: 5L for any gas addition, the actual value is 5.02, then the new coefficient = (5.02/5) * 5000
= 5020. Enter the new coefficient 5020, the actual value will be corrected to 5.00 when refilling.
If you add 5L, the actual value is 4.98, then the new coefficient = (4.98/5) * 5000 = 4980, enter the
new coefficient 4980, the actual value will be corrected to 5.00 when refilling.
When adjusting the coefficient, it is necessary to use any air filling method for metering and
calibration. Do not use the preset air filling method. The first step is to use any air-conditioning
calibration coefficient, and the second step is to modify the small valve advance amount by using the
preset air-filling method.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Daily maintenance

1)To keep fuel dispenser beautiful appearance, the shell surface should do regular dust. Before the cold
season to clear the internal parts of the water, to prevent freezing components

supply, should not live maintenance, repair.
3）The oil and gas separator is equipped with a filter，It is made of stainless steel wire cloth, the filter
should be taken out every week, washed with gasoline (if damaged should be replaced in time), and
remove the low-pressure chamber of dirt to protect the pump and flow measurement converter wear.
Filter In the oil and gas separator, remove the filter cover to remove the filter. Oil and gas separator
spring seat should be removed once a month cleaning.
4 ） Fuel dispenser is precision measuring instruments, in order to extend service life and reduce the
occurrence of failure, please do not use unclean oil.
5）When replacing nozzle and hose,you should pay attention to the oil hose at both ends of the anti-static
wire must be reliable and turn-on,then you can start to fuel after passing the examination.
6 ） You need to check the pipeline and fuel dispenser’s each connection regularly to prevent oil
leakage,when find problem,you need to solve it in time to avoid any breakdown or accident.
