DRILL ON POWER OF GOD’S POWER OF HEALING

He said , “if you listen carefully to the lord your God and do what is right in his eyes , if you pay
attention to his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am
the LORD who heals you”

Exodus 15:26.

So Moses cried out to the LORD, ‘PLEASE, God, heal her”

Number 12:13.

And after the whole nation had been circumcised, they remained where they were in camp unil they
were healed.

Joshua 5:8.

So the king Joram returned to Jezreel to recover from the wounds the Arameans had inflicted on him at
Ramoth in his battle with Hazael king of Aram.Then Aliazah son of Jehoram king of Judah went down to
Jazreel to see Joram son of Ahab because he had been worried.

2Kings 8:29.

Hezekiah had asked Isaiah, “what will be the sign that the LORD will heal me and that I will go up to the
temple of the LORD on the third day from now?

2Kings 20:8.

For they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body. Proverbs 4:22.

The LORD will strike Egypt with a plague; he will strike them and heal them. They will turn to the LORD,
and he will respond to their pleas and heal them. Isaiah 19:22.

“Nevertheless I will bring health and healingto it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant
peace and security. Jeremiah 33:6.

Jesus said to him, “shall I come and heal him?” Matthew 8:17.
Then Jesus said to the centurion , “God let it be done just as you believed it would”. And his servant was
healed as at that moment. Matthew 8:13.

Then Jesus said to her, “woman, your have great faith! Your request is granted.” And your daughter was
healed at that moment. Matthew 15:28.

Because she thought, “if I just touch his clothes, I will be healed”. Immediately her bleeding stopped and
she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering. Mark 5:28-29.

After this, Jesus travelled about from one town and village to another, proclaiming the good news of the
kingdom of God. The twelve were with him. 2 And some women who had been cured of evil spirit and
diseases : Mary(called Magdalene) from whom seven demons had come out;

Luke 8:1b-2.

But the crowd learnt about it and followed him. He welcomed them and spoke to them about the
kingdom of God, and healed those who needed healing. Luke 9:11.

Then Jesus said to him, “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk”.9 At once the man was cured; he picked up
his mat and walked. The day on which it took place was on Sabbath. John 5:8-9.

Taking him by the right hand , he helped him up, and instantly the man’s feet and ankle’s became
strong. Acts 3:7.

For the man who was miraculously healed was over forty years old. Acts 4:22.

Make level paths for your feet, so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed.

Hebrews 12:13.

Down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life ,bearing
twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month .and the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the
nation. Revelation 22:2.
 DRILL ON EFFICACY OF PRAYER OF FAITH
So then Moses left Pharaoh and prayed to the LORD. And the LORD did what Moses asked. The flies left
Pharaoh and his officials and his people; not a fly remained. Exodus 8:30-31.

Then Moses cried out to the LORD, what am I to do with these people? They almost ready to stone me.
5 The LORD answered Moses, GO out in front of the people. Take with you some of the Elders of Isreal
and take in your hand the staff with which you struck the Nile and go.

Exodus 17:4-5.

At that time I pleaded with the LORD: 24. Sovereign LORD, you have begun to show to your serbvant
your greatness and your strong hand. For what god is there in heaven or on earth who can do the deeds
and mighty works you do. Deuteronomy 3:23-24.

Then Monoah prayed to the LORD; “pardon your servant , Lord. I beg you to let the man of God you sent
to us come again to teach us how to bring up the boy who is to be born. 9 God heard Monoah , and the
Angel of the LORD came again to the woman when she was on the field. But her husband Monoah was
not with her. Judges 13:8-9a.

He required of the LORD, saying, “shall I go and attack these Philistines?”

The LORD answered him, Go, attack the Philistines and save Keilah”.

1Samuel 23:2.

If my people who are called by my name , will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn
from their wicked ways , then I will hear from heaven and I will forgive their sins and will heal their land.

2Chronicles 7:14.

Then that person can pray to God and find favour with him, they will see God’s face and shout for Joy;
he will restore them to full well-being.

Job 33:26.

For he will deliver the need who cry out, the afflicted who have no one to help. Psalm 72:12.

I call out to you; save me and I will keep your statues.147 I rise before dawn and cry for help ; I have put
my hope in your hands.

Psalms 119:146-147.

Out of the depths for Mercy I cry to you, LORD; 2 LORD, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to my
cry for Mercy.
Psalms 130:1-2.

Call to me and I will answer and show you great and unsearchable things you do not know. Jeremiah
33:3.

This, then is how you should pray:

“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in
heaven , give us these day our daily bread .

And forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us
from the evil ones. Matthew 6:9-13.

Ask and it shall be given unto you; seek and you shall find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For
everyone who asked receives; the one who seeks finds and the one who knocks, the door will be open.

Matthew 7:7-8.

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours.

Mark 11:24.

Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.

Luke 18:1.

They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teachings and to the fellowship, to the breaking of the bread
and prayers.

Acts 2:42.

And pray in the sprit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert
and always keep on praying for all the lord’s people.

Ephesians 6:18.

Do not be anxious about anything but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving
present your request to God.

Philippians 4:6.

And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the lord will raise them up if they have
sinned, they will be forgiven.

James 5:15.

If any of you lack wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault and it
will be given to you. 6 But if you ask, you should believe and not doubt, because the one who doubt is
like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

James 1:5-6.
Elijah was human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain on the land for three
and half years. 18 Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produce it crops.

James 5:17-18.
