Position: Python Developer

About the Role


We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with a strong background in MongoDB to join our
dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding and an eagerness to learn and
grow with our company. This role involves working on exciting projects, developing scalable
applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement
software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain robust and scalable Python applications.
• Integrate and manage MongoDB databases to ensure high performance and
responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives
and design functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement
initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications


- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB and experience in database design, management, and
optimization.
- Experience with other database systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of software development best practices, including testing and debugging.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-
technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical
experience.
