that the high-performance discrete graphics card is selected.
Step2: Turn on Vertical Sync

● In the Nvidia Control Panel, find the dedicated graphics card

● If your computer has multiple graphics cards, set the preferred graphics card to a
high-performance Nvidia processor
● Set "Vertical Sync" to: Fast.
● After setting up, it is recommended to restart the computer.
Step3: Configure the glasses as extended

Feedback
If you encounter any issues while using the software or would like to provide feedback, we
recommend using the 'Feedback' feature in Nebula for Windows and submitting the
corresponding log files.
Notes

1. For better performance, it is recommended to connect the laptop to a power source.

2. We recommend using the glasses as an external monitor and not connecting to
additional external monitors.
3. When using your phone to record a video, you may notice screen flickering. This is
caused by the mismatched frame rates between the glasses and the mobile phone,
resulting in flickering in the captured image.
4. The text and fine lines flicker noticeably, especially with smaller font sizes.
a. We are aware of these issues and will continue optimizing.
b. To reduce flicker, consider adjusting the virtual screen size, enlarging the font
in system display settings, modifying resolution, or adjusting screen zoom.
5. Using keyboard shortcuts to switch between screens and tasks may lead to screen
abnormalities or even system freezing. This is a known issue, and it is recommended
to use the mouse for navigation and switching.
6. Experiencing delays and frame drops while playing video games.
a. If general web browsing is smooth after launching the AR desktop but
becomes laggy during gaming, it could be due to high GPU usage in the
game. Try launching the game without Nebula and monitor GPU usage in the
task manager.
b. Suggestion: Lower the game image quality and enable Vsync in the game
menu.
7. There is no display inside the glasses (black screen), but the computer's main screen
Nebula is running normally.
a. Some computers might encounter data recognition errors when connecting to
glasses through the DP interface, resulting in a low probability of a 'black
screen inside the glasses but the Nebula page is normal.'
b. Suggestion: Exit the Nebula software, reconnect the glasses, and reopen
Nebula after a stable connection is established. Alternatively, you can repeat
the above steps using other DP interfaces on the computer.
8. Display issue occurs when using the Windows screenshot function.
a. Known problems, we will continue to optimize
b. Suggestion: The built-in screenshot function in Windows is limited to
capturing the main screen of the computer. However, there are various
third-party screenshot tools available that offer better adaptability. It's
recommended to explore different options and choose a tool that suits your
needs.

10. Can I connect two glasses to use Nebula at the same time?
a. Currently, only one pair of glasses can be used independently. Connecting
two glasses simultaneously will result in abnormal startup.
11. What should I do if my computer has multiple graphics cards?
a. Please set the high-performance dedicated graphics card to default.
b. If you have more than one GPU in your system, please set the Remote
Desktop Client to use the most powerful option
12. Note: Please be cautious when changing the screen arrangement position, as it may
cause the mouse to malfunction and the screen to freeze
a. To ensure the smooth functioning of the virtual multi-screen feature, Nebula
has predefined the screen arrangement position by default. This can be
viewed in the System Settings under Display > Screen. However, if the screen
arrangement is altered, it may lead to issues such as mouse malfunctioning
and screen freezing. In such cases, a computer restart is required to restore
normal operation.
13. AMD dedicated graphics card and Intel integrated graphics card, how to enable
vertical synchronization

AMD ● Vertical synchronization: always on.

● After setting, it is recommended to restart the computer

Intel Enable vertical synchronization in Intel Arc Control and restart the application
(Intel graphics that support Quick Sync .)

14. How to confirm if your PC supports direct output from discrete graphics card?
You can go to Nvidia Control Panel and check the following settings.
