BOTH: In the world where knowledge is a powerful tool and

brain has been our source of progression, let us rest our mind
and let our hearts talk as we welcome you this year’s Junior and
Senior Promenade.

Jean-rose: Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen. Good

afternoon, Sir Jofel.

Jofel: Good afternoon too, Ma’am Jean-Rose. You look so

gorgeous today.

Jean-Rose: Thanks and I can return the favor to you right away
for you look so handsome in time for this occasion, Sir.

Jofel: Well, there are one hundred and one reasons of getting
dressed up elegantly and ravishingly today.

Jean-Rose: You bet, Sir Jofel. Today is one of the highlights of

High School life in pantheon of social graces and
gregariousness.

BOTH: WELCOME TO THE CARIDAD B. TRINIDAD

NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL JUNIOR-SENIOR
PROMENADE 2023.

Jofel: The much awaited social gathering of the Junior and

Seniors of our school as they are poised for take off to the world
of fashion, fad and craze.

Jean-Rose: Talking about fashion, fad and craze….are you

familiar with the red carpet premiere in international
entertainment?

Jofel:Yes, definitely, Jean-Rose! A red carpet premiere is the

meeting of the stellar cast of whatever film genre to be
promoted for initial world screening. Like the red carpet
premiere nights held in Universal Studio and the famous
Metro Goldwyn Mayer. The attendees of such
gatherings….what a power-house cast ever assembled!

Jean-Rose:And tonight….to suffice the call of the

occasion…..this year’s JS Promenade is geared towards the
Red Carpet Premiere as our thematic concept. And without
further ado…to kick the ball rolling, let’s paint the town red
and roll out the red carpet for the grand entrance of Juniors and
Seniors as they take a walk of fame followed by the PTA
Officers, the teachers and faculty staff of Caridad B. Trinidad
National High School.

BOTH:Let’s give them a resonating applause!

Jean-Rose:And to formally commence this event, please rise

and feel the virtue of nationalism & patriotism through the
singing of Philippine National Anthem and please remain
standing for an invocation.

Jofel: You may now be seated. To explain further the central

idea of this evening’s soiree, let’s all welcome the head teacher I
or Officer in Charge of Caridad B. Trinidad National High
School, Mrs. Sherrylyn S. Cabrera, for her opening remarks.

Jean-Rose:Thank you very much ma’am for your inspiring

message to all the attendees tonight.May your words of wisdom
be our moving spirit as we enjoy the night.

Jofel: On her way to the red carpet and to the walk of fame is
Mrs. Mia Flor Domingo, Guidance Counselor for her JS
Promenade Retrospection. Let’s give her a resounding applause.

Jean-Rose: Thank you so much ma’am. By the way, Sir Jofel,

what do you think is the essence of this event?

Jofel: Well… in my own angle of vision, every JS Prom signifies

the celebration of awards and achievements of our senior students
and these legacies should be handed over to the deserving and
trustworthy inheritors…..who else? The junior students!

Jean-Rose: Exactly partner! Aside from that, all the scholastic

emblems held by seniors for how many years should be
bequeathed to their honorable recipients----those symbols of
academic victories, co- curricular triumphs and team-building
upheavals.

Jofel:Our ceremony will not be complete if we don’t give stress

to a cache of accomplishments of the Students in various
programs and projects. Towards the end of this School year, the
Caridad B. Trinidad National High School has left no stones
unturned in empowering the student body and in serving the
students in every step of the way.

Jean-Rose:And such odyssey of service and leadership is about to

end….to turn the hourglass upside down for the new breed of
student- leaders in the service of the CBTNHsians and to
make it happen, may we hand in the microphones to the
predecessor and the successor of Caridad B. Trinidad
National High School leadership by Mirriam Torres and
Jesusa Pelovello for the passing of the golden key of
responsibilities. Let’s give them a nice big hand!

Jofel:Thank you Rodella and Jesusa….our role models of hope &

enlightenment. And now, may we request the presence of
Rodella Dabbay and Ezycle Canale for the acceptance and
Response.

Jean-Rose: Thank you dear students. Well…predicting outcomes

of our future success is a joy to do but there is one effective way
to find out! Let our Class Prophet take her course in giving her
fearless predictions and formidable forecasts not based on
Chinese astrology or tarot cards but merely on the ambitions &
career paths of our dear students.
And to interpret the vibrations not from magic crystal ball but
from the sheer guts and will power of the seniors, may we request
the presence of Ms. Sheryl Bahado for the reading of the Seniors’
Class Prophecy.

Jofel: Thanks to you Ms.Sheryl Bahado. Indeed, you are the

xylems of values and spirituality. I have nothing to say with
regard to that but “ GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU!”
We’re more than just halfway for this turnover stuff.
Furthermore, no JS Prom is considered memorable in the absence
of candle-lighting ceremony. Such ceremony symbolizes the
hand-over of the candles to the next bearers so as to lead & guide
our school and its stakeholders in reaching their dreams and
aspirations.

Jean-Rose: The flame atop of every paraffin elucidates the road

to success of the outgoing seniors in the next chapter of their
academic career. At this point, let’s move onward and go forward
to the Candle-Lighting Ceremony to be Led by Mrs. Sherrylyn
Cabrera, Officer-In-Charge and we would like to call all the
Senior High School for the Candle-Lighting and to be followed
by pinning of the badges by the Junior High School students.
Let’s give them a warm round of applause.

Jofel: Thank you guys for participating in that ceremony. I am

keeping my fingers crossed that we will be successful in
whatever chosen field to be undertaken in the near future. And to
our Junior High School students or should I say incoming
seniors, may we fulfill our noble obligations to our school in
general and to our fellow schoolmates in particular for the next
academic year.

Jean-rose: You know Sir Jofel, I am kinda dead-eager to the next

part of the program.

Jofel: Me too, Partner! For us to cut a mean rug and shake our
bodies……
Jean-Rose: And to test more our dancing shoes’s strength and
endurance….So, we should not keep their heels cool.

Both: Guys and Gals, let’s get ready for our First Dance this
evening. It’s party, party time!!!
