specified in Annexurelll and VIII of University Gmnts Commission (open and Distance
Regutrations, 2020 and its amendments.

V. The Higher Educational Institutions have submitted an alfidavit to the €ffect that in case any information'
documentary evidence
later stage or in case there is any violatio[ of
submitted/produced by t}re Higher Educational lnstitution is found to b€ false or wrong at a
Regulations' 2020 and its
university Gnnts commission (opeu and Distance Learning Progra.tlrmes and online Progf€mmes) contravention/violatioE
for any such
amendments by the HEI, the Higher Educational Institution shall b€ solely tiable and responsible
