UCplus (UC+) is a powerful CTI tool that allows businesses to benefit by providing an
affordable way to link their CRM application and their telephone system.
This guide shows you how to connect MyPBX and UC+. After connecting MyPBX and
UC+, powerful features on UC+ software help you to increase the productivity.

MyPBX Configuration
To integrate MyPBX with UCPlus, you have to enable AMI on MyPBX.
Log in MyPBX web user interface and go to System→System Preference→ AMI
Settings, enable AMI, and configure the AMI settings.
Enable AMI: Checked //Enable API, the default API port is 5038
User Name: admin // Enter the user name according to your preference
Password: password //Enter the password according to your preference
Permitted 'IP address/Subnet mask': 192.168.6.43/255.255.255.0
// Only the input IP address range can connect MyPBX via AMI
UC+ Installation
Please go to UCplus website to download the following software:
1. UCplus Server software
2. UCplus Client software
3. UCplus Operator Client software
After downloading the software to your PC, double click the install packages to install
them.

The client software is licensed on a concurrent connection basis, and the license is
entered on the server as part of the installation process. Please contact the provider
for the license and fill in the license on UC+ Server Configuration panel.

After successfully registering to the UC+ server, you can see that equipment is
created.
Click “Telephone System” to configure the telephone system settings.
Click “Save” and check the connection status in the Log. The log “Session logged in”
indicates that the connection is successful.

When you first install ucplus Client for PC, it takes you through an installation phase
where you need to tell it your ucplus server's address and your extension number.
When it does this, it presents the Telephony settings page of the Configuration window,
so you may have seen these before.

Server details: this text box should contain the name or IP address of your telephony
server. If you're not sure what it is, you can click the "Detect" button and ucplus will
attempt to find it automatically.
Extension: the Extension option contains the local user's extension number. Here we
take extension 302 from MyPBX for example.

When an incoming call reaches the user, a window pops up showing the caller info
and the user’s status turns .

Answer the call by pressing “Enter” key or picking up the ringing phone.
When the call is established, you can check the call info in real time. You can click
“Hangup” to finish the call or click “Hold” to hold the call.

To make an outgoing call via the panel, please enter a number in the text box, then
press “Enter” key to call. Your phone which is registered to extension 302 will ring first;
pick up your phone, then the call to the entered number will be established.

After adding contacts, you can dial from the contact list.

Call History
On the Call History Window, you can review recent activity, and dial someone from the
call history by clicking their telephone number.
